Tutorial Tuesday!

First off, I’ve gotta say that I had quite a scare yesterday at work. For some reason, I COULDN’T PIN ANYTHING OR SEE ANY OF MY PINS ON PINTEREST!!!! I went through all the stages of grief (well, mostly denial and anger). But this morning after bringing my iPad in to work JUST IN CASE, I decided to give it another go and TA-DA!! It works again. Phew! This blog almost lost its mojo.

ANYWAY, I’ve got some very cool tutorials for you today. All of which I’d like to make. I think I need another full-time job to pay for all the supplies I’d need to make all these tutorials. And to buy a giant home to put them all. Maybe I should start a Kickstarter to buy Gisel Bunchen’s (just imagine the umlaut) “simple” house.

ANYWAY AGAIN, here they are.

liquor tagsLeather liquor bottle tags. Ummmm…these I could use AND wouldn’t take up any more space. The only thing it calls for is a list of tools that I do not have. A leather stamp set? HOW HAVE I LIVED WITHOUT THIS???? I want it! Along with one of those burny pens to do PYROGRAPHY projects.

marbling

Marbling. Wouldn’t this look great in my office? The answer is yes. My friends and I are having a craft day in a week and I think I may have just found my project. Maybe the coasters pictured in the tutorial too!! Ooooooh!!

ikea-hack-ottoman-

Tufted ottoman. I love Ikea hacks as you all know. And this one is an awesome tufted footstool MADE FROM A LAMP SHADE!! A metal lamp shade, just in case you were worried it wouldn’t be sturdy. If I had room for a footstool, I would indubitably (I’m trying to step up my vocabulary) make this. They really had me at tufted.

Gotta go. I have a big day of pinning MY FACE OFF planned.
