My Silhouette Cameo came in the mail!!!!!! I got home and practically ran for the scissors to open the box. GAH! I unpacked everything, installed the software, read the little manual thingy (that’s a lot for me, you guys - there weren’t very many pictures) and even watched the instructional DVD. And then I sat and sat. I completely went into sensory overload and could not think of one thing to print/cut. This is what I came up with:
Oh, and yes, even after all the reading and watching it took me a good 15 minutes to figure out that the reason it wasn’t cutting was because I had the blade part inserted UPSIDE DOWN!!!! “Why wasn’t that in the manual?!” I shouted. I’m sure Ryan (who I had banned from helping me) wanted to shout “BECAUSE ONLY A MORON WOULD DO THAT!!”
Anyway, now that I’m sitting at work, I can think of a million (or several) things I “need” to do. Of course. Once again, foiled by work. Work…it’s the new four letter word.
