Zing-zang-a-paloo*, you guys! I discovered something that almost made me scream in excitement (I obviously don’t get out much). It’s a website called Tagxedo and it makes word clouds. You put in a web address or a word or a twitter feed and it makes a freaking cloud of words out of it. Here are three that I made. I think I’ll be making more of them. All. Day. LONG!!!
A word cloud for The Hip Soiree. GAH!!! Bing-bongity-bang*! I love that “guys” is on there. I obviously say that word a lot. At least “love” is prominent. I would have assumed ”hate” would be as that is what resides inside me most days. And ”want” - hilarious. Poor Ryan. Oh, and in the shape of a bomb. GET IT? Because I’m the 90′s hip expression “Da BOMB!”
Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. Come on, you guys*! You know it’s my favorite movie. And it’s shaped like a whale. Like that part of San Diego! Which was discovered by the Germans in 1904. I’m not sure if you all knew that…
Synonyms for the word “party.” Eh. Kinda boring. I thought I should try something else blog-related. Snoozeroo*. But HA! I just realized “binge” was in there. That’s quite a party.
The only thing I’m not wild about is that when you search for something, you get a lot of generic things from a web page. Words like “Home” and “Subscribe” and “Info.” BUT, you can go through the list and hide words you don’t want used.
