I’m super excited about this, you guys! I’ve decided to make and tell you ALL ABOUT different cocktails. I got started last week and I’m here to tell the tale. So, without further ado, let me present:
This was the very first time I’ve ever rimmed a glass with sugar, so excuse the complete sloppiness of it. Plus…I was in a real hurry to drink it. It was a long week.The ingredients:
3/4 oz. Cointreau or triple sec
3/4 oz. lemon juice (it doesn’t need to be organic - that’s just what Ryan bought for some unknown reason)
1 1/2 oz. cognac
I gotta say. They were delicious and refreshing. I would like 10 more please! J/K. Kinda. Of course, I was making them for so many people that I totally skipped the sugar on the first go-round. But they’re just as delicious without the sugar.
My friends are getting together for happy hour every week, so I’m hoping to keep this up. And with the help of my friend who owns the coolest catering business ever, Speakeasy Concoctions, I already have a drink on deck. You’ll have to wait and see what it is…
